Spray antimosquitos - Anti-mosquito Spray

Ingredientes :
50 ml alcohol rebajado/vodka /agua hamamelis
12 gotas a.e. citronela
7 gotas a.e lavanda

The summer is here and with it the mosquitoes and to avoid the dreaded bites what best than to make your own anti-mosquito lotion with natural ingredients.
The recipe that I am going to give you is a very easy one , you just have to mix the ingredients in a spray bottle and it will be ready to use.
The main ingredients of the recipe are the essential oils, there are several essential oils widely used as mosquito repellents, citronella being the most used followed by lavender, tea tree oil, rose geranium, basil and lemongrass. In this recipe I am going to use citronella, lavender and tee tree oil, but you can mix and match your favourite ones as long as citronella is included. As you already know essential oils are very concentrated and cannot be used undiluted on the skin so we are going to use one of this ingredients as carriers, you can choose either rubbing alcohol diluted with water at 50%, or vodka or witch hazel. Whichever you chose you just have to pour it in a spray bottle with the essential oils and mix well.

Ingredients:

50 ml alcohol (diluted)/vodka/ witch hazel
12 drops eo citronella
7 drops eo lavender
3 drops eo tea tree oil

You can also spray this on your bed sheets to keep the mosquitoes away.
Enjoy the summer!

Today I bring you a wonderful pink clay and olive oil soap. Clay is one of my favorite additives in soap because it gives it a really nice texture. Clay has many therapeutic benefits and depending on the skin type we are going to use it on, we will use a different kind of clay. You can find it in all colors, brown, blue, green , yellow, red, white, pink (a mixture of red and white), you name it and each one has its own different characteristics and composition.
In this soap I have used pink clay because this clay is great for sensitive and dry skin and it is recommended to soften and clean your skin.
If you have never tried making soap with clay I encourage you to do it , I am sure you will be surprised at the results. Just add some clay to your favourite soap recipe , if the soap is for someone with oily skin I would recommend using green clay. Give it a try and let me know how you like it.
